What is the typical setup time?

Day 1 You can have the QR code Live Menu and the ordering infrastructure (staff mobile app + kitchen app) up and operational. That's as fast as how the menu items and staff informations can be entered into the system, and then the QR code be printed to be placed on your tables.

Week 1 The manager platform requires a few days/weeks of order data collection to output meaningful insights, and mapping the menu ingredients with your inventory items requires also a few days of team work with your chef and kitchen team. So typically you can start to leverage the full advantages of Menu Engineering and Automated Inventory Flow from week 2 and beyond.

And we will be helping you during these first days, and all the time by the way. We can be reached anytime with the platform support chat for any questions and setup help that you may ask.

Is there a team training phase? Do you charge it?

Nope, and that’s by design.

We built Fluwerio to feel like the apps your staff already live on: intuitive, fast, and zero learning curve drama. Most teams are running full-speed within the first 2–3 shifts, usually with a collective “Wait… that’s it?” moment on day one.

How do the staff and kitchen teams install their respective apps?

They do it by just scanning a QR code from within the platform, or by directly copying the secure URL with their access code. Their browser will automatically open a secure session with the staff or kitchen apps.

That avoids them the lengthy process of downloading apps from app stores, setting up login and passwords, having to do updates etc...
